1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between mrbet ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the mrbet online gaming platform available at mrbet.one and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the mrbet platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the mrbet Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the mrbet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. mrbet does not permit access to players under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of mrbet or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion register or have previously been self-excluded from the mrbet platform.

mrbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of mrbet services, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) mrbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. mrbet employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account. Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly forbidden.

mrbet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mrbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify mrbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization or that your credentials have been compromised.

mrbet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from mrbet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

mrbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

mrbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform's cashier page. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). mrbet does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your mrbet account upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your account and that is registered in your name. Before processing your first withdrawal, mrbet requires completion of identity verification (KYC), which includes submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500. Maximum single withdrawal: as stated on the cashier page.

mrbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mrbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms.

mrbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the mrbet platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to real-time monitoring.

The rules governing each individual game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet. mrbet shall not be liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, mrbet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. The decision of mrbet's technical team regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Gambling involves risk, and past results do not predict future outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mrbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mrbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the mrbet platform without the prior written consent of mrbet.

Any unauthorized use of mrbet's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mrbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting game outcomes or transaction processing.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

mrbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Termination & Account Closure

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

mrbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player has provided false or fraudulent information.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected on the account.
• A player has been identified as a problem gambler and continued access poses a risk to their welfare.
• mrbet is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, mrbet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit such balance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the mrbet platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

mrbet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that mrbet has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may also raise a complaint with the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
